How to print your Catholic planner at home
Open in Adobe Reader
Avoid printing from your browser — it can shift the layout. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and gives the most accurate results.
Print at 100% / Actual Size
Never use "Fit to Page." Choose a paper weight that suits your needs — heavier paper works well for double-sided printing.
Punch and bind
Use a hole punch that matches your binding type. The planner includes proper margins for your chosen binding — just punch and insert.
Live your year with intention
Let the liturgical seasons guide your weeks. Write your prayers, track your to-dos, and walk through the year with the Church.

A planner organized around the Church year instead of just the calendar year. Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, and Ordinary Time are marked throughout — along with saint feast days, holy days of obligation, and liturgical season colors — so you can plan your weeks alongside the life of the Church.
The official USCCB liturgical calendar via the LitCal API — the same General Roman Calendar and US proper saints (St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, Our Lady of Guadalupe, and others) that your parish follows.
That's the idea. The design uses minimal ink on a white background. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader (not your browser), print at 100% scale, and use 28–32lb paper if you want it to feel substantial.
A5, US Letter, and Half Letter. For binding: 6-ring, 3-ring, disc-bound (Happy Planner / Arc), spiral, or stapled. The margins adjust automatically so your pages sit right.
This planner is completely free, generates instantly as a PDF, and lets you choose your page size, binding type, week start day, and which feast days to include. It uses the official USCCB liturgical calendar. No account needed.
